These terms cover this website and asking us for a quote. The quote you sign covers the work itself, not this page. If the two ever disagree, the signed quote wins.

Quotes and prices

Anything on this site is a description of what we do, not a price. We price a job after we've seen the property. A written quote is good for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Sometimes we find something on site that changes the work — rock, buried debris, more acreage than expected. We'll tell you and quote the change before we do it. We don't add work to an invoice you haven't agreed to.

Booking a visit

A quote visit is free and carries no obligation. Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel it.

We need safe access to the property. We also need you to tell us about anything buried or hidden: septic lines, irrigation, utilities, wells, property pins. We can't be responsible for damage to something we weren't told about and couldn't see.

Weather

This work depends on ground conditions. We may reschedule for weather or for ground too wet to work without tearing it up. We'll tell you as soon as we know.

Using this website

Use it to learn about our services and to get in touch. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it to reach anything you're not meant to reach. The text, photos, and logos on it belong to us.

We keep this site accurate, but we can't promise it's free of errors or available at all times.

Text message program

Program name: Red River Land & Forestry Services — Appointment & Service Updates.

Description: if you opt in, we text you about your service. That means booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival notices, schedule changes, and notices that a quote or invoice is ready. We also reply to questions you text us about your service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your service — typically a few messages around each visit.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. After that we send one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help at any time.
