Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. You don't need a reason, and it costs nothing.

How to ask

Email nick.moudy@redriverforestry.com with the subject Delete my information. Tell us the name, phone number, or property address you gave us, so we can find the right records.

What happens next

1. We confirm we got your request, usually within two business days.
2. We check you are the person the records belong to. We may ask one question to confirm it — this protects you.
3. We delete what we can and confirm when it's done, within 30 days.

What we have to keep

If we've done paid work for you, we keep the invoice and the basic job record for seven years. Tax and insurance rules require it, and a deletion request doesn't override them. We'll delete everything else: photos, notes, and your contact details. Then we'll tell you exactly what was kept and why.

If you only asked us for a quote and didn't hire us, there is no such record. We can delete all of it.

Information held by Facebook

We can only delete our own copy of your information. If you reached us through Facebook and want Facebook's copy removed, you'll need to ask Facebook too. Ask us and we'll delete ours.
