After the heavy work, the ground still needs finishing. We grade, spread topsoil, seed, and clean up, so the property looks finished — not just cleared.
Every finishing job is different. We start with a walk-through and plan the work around how you'll use the property.
A quote visit is free, takes about 45 to 90 minutes, and carries no obligation. If we can't get out there, we'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
Questions we get asked
- Do you mow and maintain, or only the one job?
- Both. Most of this work is a one-off after clearing, but we do run regular visits on a set schedule if that is what you need. Ask when we walk it.
- When should I seed?
- Early autumn is best in Oklahoma, and early spring is the second choice. Seed going down in July mostly feeds the birds.
- Can you finish ground that someone else cleared?
- Yes. We will tell you honestly what shape it is in first. Sometimes it needs regrading before anything will grow, and that is worth knowing before you buy seed.
