Sometimes mulch isn't enough — you need clear dirt for a building pad, a drive, or a fence line. We take it to the ground and leave it graded flat, ready for whatever comes next.
Every property is different, so we walk it first and plan the job around what's actually there.

Questions we get asked
- What is the difference between clearing and mulching?
- Mulching grinds the growth and leaves it on the ground as cover. Clearing takes it out and leaves bare, graded dirt. If you are building on it, you want clearing.
- Do you haul the debris away?
- Yes. Clearing produces stumps and root balls that cannot stay on site, so hauling is part of the job and we agree it with you up front.
- Do I need a permit?
- Usually not for open pasture. It depends on your county, and on whether a creek, a pond, or a floodplain is involved. We will tell you what we know when we walk it — and when to ask the county.
